White Bread

Ingredients:

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl mix together Yeast and ¾ cups of 110 degree water and wait 5 minutes to see if yeast activates
  2. Next add 2 ⅔ of 110 degree water, Sugar, Salt, Unsalted Budder and Flour
  3. Kneed for 7-10 minutes
  4. Cover and let rise for 1 hour
  5. Roll dough in to 2 9x12 rectangles, roll from short end and pinch the ends together to create 2 9in rolls of dough
  6. Let rise for 45 minutes
  7. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  8. Brush the dough with melted budder and bake for 30-35 minutes
  9. Brush with more melted budder and let cool
