White Bread
Ingredients:
- 2 ½ tablespoon Instant Yeast
- ⅓ and 2 ⅔ cup Water divided
- ⅙ cup Granulated Sugar
- ½ tablespoon Kosher Salt
- 1 ½ tablespoon Unsalted Budder cubed
- 1 ½ tablespoon Unsalted Budder for brushing
Preparation
- In a large bowl mix together Yeast and ¾ cups of 110 degree water and wait 5 minutes to see if yeast activates
- Next add 2 ⅔ of 110 degree water, Sugar, Salt, Unsalted Budder and Flour
- Kneed for 7-10 minutes
- Cover and let rise for 1 hour
- Roll dough in to 2 9x12 rectangles, roll from short end and pinch the ends together to create 2 9in rolls of dough
- Let rise for 45 minutes
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Brush the dough with melted budder and bake for 30-35 minutes
- Brush with more melted budder and let cool
